Too quick to order again ???? - 2005/11/03 13:54 Hello everyone.. I haven't posted in a couple of weeks due to the fact that my 3 girls are doing great!!!!! They are eating , exploring and show affection to each other and I couldn't be more pleased with Ocean Rider.. You hear so many horror stories dealing with seahorses, It almost kept me away.. I think that because these animals are captive breed and already trained to eat frozen really made it easy, although I had 4 years of saltwater experience.. My question is , I am thinking of getting 2 more ponies.. But this time I would like to get a couple of boys to keep the girls company Can you request that they send you male or is it still to early to tell with the medium sized that OR provides.. Based an all the descriptions , I think I have three girls.. My tank is 45 gallon with PLENTY of room for 2 more.. If anyone has had this situation let me know.. Thank you John..

p.s. A personal message for Pete.. I am using your method of target feeding .. The one with the clear tube that you put a single PE mysis shrimp (enriched with Vibrance) right in front of the pony as it slowly sinks to the end and it works great.. I feed per horse 2-3 in the morning and 1-2 in the evening.. I can see exactly how many they eat , absolutely no waste(it dosen't even hit the substrate) and one of them actually comes way up to the top and follows it all the way down. I will say that is the best method for all you reading this having trouble with high nitrates .. So THANK YOU so very much.. I appreciate all of you help ... John
